As an ardent believer in the maxim “Education is the backbone of a nation,” we have been striving hard to contribute a bit to the act of building a strong nation in the future. Since its inception, Western Laboratory School has invested all its efforts to impart quality education, giving equal importance to co-curricular and extracurricular activities.
Our education and learning are chiefly befitting to the ingenious, shared, multidisciplinary, and inquisitive ways that pupils learn best: our students are equipped for a world that requires their universal awareness, interest in empathy, and eagerness to exploit their gifts in service to others. Students here put together their self-confidence, their skills, and their sense of identity.
I strongly believe each student has a role for tomorrow. Each student has so much to offer. In terms of ability. In terms of talent. In terms of opportunity. They are the new hope for Bangladesh. We hope to prepare them to be equally at home with the east and the west with feet that transcend borders.

শিক্ষা শুধু জীবন প্রস্তুতির উপায় নয়, তা জীবন-যাপনের প্রণালীও বটে।
শিক্ষাকে জীবনব্যাপি অনুসরণীয় প্রক্রিয়া হিসেবে দেখতে হবে এবং অভিজ্ঞতাকে শিক্ষা লাভের স্বাভাবিক কৌশল হিসেবে বিবেচনায় রাখতে হবে। আধুনিক শিক্ষা দর্শনে শিক্ষার্থীদের ব্যক্তিসত্তা বিকাশের ওপর বিশেষ গুরুত্ব আরোপ করা হয়েছে। শিক্ষার্থীদের ব্যক্তি স্বাতন্ত্রবোধ জাগ্রত করা এবং তাকে আত্মসত্তার আস্থাবান করে তোলাই শিক্ষার প্রধান লক্ষ্য হওয়া উচিত।
এ স্কুলের লক্ষ্য ও উদ্দেশ্য হচ্ছে সুপরিকল্পিত পাঠ্যক্রম, সহ–পাঠ্যক্রম কর্মসূচির যথাযথ বাস্তবায়নের মাধ্যমে ছাত্রদের শারীরিক ও মানসিক গুণাবলীর সর্বোচ্চ উৎকর্ষ সাধন যাতে তারা সুনাগরিক হিসেবে গড়ে উঠতে পারে এবং ভবিষ্যতে দেশ ও জাতিকে উপযুক্ত নেতৃত্ব দিতে পারে। অভীষ্ট লক্ষ্য অর্জনে এ প্রতিষ্ঠানের প্রতিষ্ঠানের সবচেয়ে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ দিক হচ্ছে অভিজ্ঞ, প্রশিক্ষিত ও নিবেদিত প্রাণ শিক্ষকমন্ডলী, অত্যাধুনিক পদার্থ, রসায়ন, জীববিজ্ঞান ল্যাব ও ব্যবহারিক ক্লাস এবং অত্যাধুনিকস্মার্ট ক্লাস রুম। । এ প্রতিষ্ঠানে রয়েছে আধুনিক তথ্য ও বইসমৃদ্ধ লাইব্রেরি; যেখানে পাঠ্যবইয়ের পাশাপাশি বিভিন্ন বই।প্রতিষ্ঠানটি সম্পূর্ণভাবে রাজনীতিমুক্ত এবং প্রকৃতিগতভাবে সাবলীল একটি আবাসিক প্রতিষ্ঠান।
